Thanks to the City for getting Mink Creek groomed and ready. All trails are groomed except Upper Canyon. There are not any classic tracks set yet but it classic skis very well and maybe better than skating. Keep in mind that it’s early season conditions with some variation in hardness of the track, uneven surfaces and thin snow on Creekside. It’s only going to get better as the track firms up and smooths out.
Please let me know if you are interested in Community Night (Fun Race/Tour) this Monday afternoon? There won’t be any extended A frame hours only for this one. I’ll send out an email if there is interest. Thanks!
NORDIC CENTER UPDATE: The nordic center will open tomorrow, Thursday, 12/19 at 10AM!
All trails except for Upper Canyon have been groomed. There are no classic tracks at this time. Expect early season conditions and variable coverage. The lower trails (Creekside/Creekside Connector are very thin and melting fast).
Grooming will be as needed and as the conditions permit until we get more snow (hopefully next week). We will likely not groom every day until we have better coverage.
The a-frame will be open for season and daily pass sales and rentals from 10-2 tomorrow, 9-3 on Friday, and 9-5 on Saturday and Sunday.
We will also be open additional days this year for the holidays!
9AM-4PM – 12/26, 12/27, 12/30-1/3
9AM-5PM – 12/28, 12/29, 1/4, & 1/5
After that, we’ll resume normal a-frame hours Fri-Sun.
Season pass holders – please be sure to display your pass & parking pass, and please sign-in or scan-in during every visit.
