The Fall Trail Runs/Walk registration is now open. There is a discount for both races; just follow the first link for the discount. Most likely, the Mink Creek Nordic Area work days are on the same day (more to follow). Detailed course info is in the links but basically the Nordic Center run is a good 5K and the High Basin 10K, each has a fair amount of hills.
